Start Free Slide / PPT Design

PowerPoint costs $159, Canva Pro $13/month. Steep for a one-off presentation. Free tools handle this fine.

๐Ÿ“ Slide size standard

Presentation slides are 16:9. Exact size: 1920ร—1080 (Full HD). 4:3 is outdated.

๐ŸŽจ 5 essential design elements

1. Background (escape the boring)

White background + black text is the first PPT failure signal. Use Mesh Gradient or Gradient Blur for instant pro look.

2. Headline (60pt+)

Back row of the room must read it. Use Gradient Text for the headline, save PNG, drop into the slide.

3. Unified palette

Different colors per slide = chaos. Use Tint Shade Tone to generate 10 unified variants from one base.

4. Quote and emphasis slides

Long presentations need breaks. Build 1080ร—1080 quote slides with the Quote Card tool.

5. Tables and shapes

Data tables via the HTML Table tool then screenshot. Hand-drawn shapes work for casual presentations.

๐Ÿ›  Recommended workflow

  1. Start in Google Slides or free Keynote
  2. Paste PNG assets from PXLTool tools
  3. Export at 16:9
  4. Convert to PDF for sharing

๐Ÿ’ก Pro tip: one message per slide. Cram text and people read instead of listening.
