PXLTool ("Site") values your privacy and complies with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and related laws. This policy transparently describes what information the Site collects, how it processes that information, and how it protects you.
Article 1 (General)
- PXLTool operates without user registration and does not collect directly-provided personal information (name, email, phone number).
- All tool processing is performed inside the user's browser (client-side); uploaded images, input text, and selected colors are never sent to or stored on the Site's server.
- However, some non-identifying information may be automatically collected for service operation, improvement, and advertising. Details below.

Article 6 (Retention Period)
- Server access logs: up to 3 months, then auto-deleted (within the retention period required by Korean Communications Privacy Act)
- Cookies: depending on type, from session end up to 2 years in user's browser (can be manually deleted anytime)
- Google Analytics data: 14 months by default (Google policy)
- Google AdSense data: per Google's own retention policy (see Google Privacy Policy)
Article 7 (Third-Party Disclosure)
- The Operator does not disclose user information to external third parties.
- Exceptions:
- User has consented in advance
- Required by law or by valid request from investigative authorities
- Information collected via Google Analytics and Google AdSense is transmitted to Google's servers (e.g., US) and processed per Google's own privacy policy.
Article 8 (User Rights)
- Users may exercise the following rights regarding their personal information:
- Request access to processing status
- Request correction or deletion of erroneous information
- Request suspension of processing
- Since the Site does not require sign-up, no personally identifying information is held by the Operator; there are no items to delete beyond server logs and cookies.
- Deletion, access, or correction of Google-related data must be requested directly at Google Account Management (myaccount.google.com).
- EU/EEA/UK residents may exercise GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection); California residents may exercise CCPA rights (right to know, deletion, opt-out of sale, etc.).
Article 9 (Children's Privacy)
- This Site is not directed at children under 14 (per Korean Personal Information Protection Act Article 22-2).
- Under US COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), personal information of children under 13 is not knowingly collected.
- If a child's information is discovered to have been collected, it will be deleted immediately and a request to disable personalized ads will be submitted to Google AdSense.
Article 10 (Security Measures)
- Technical measures — All communications are encrypted via HTTPS (SSL/TLS); servers are kept up-to-date with security patches.
- Administrative measures — Server access is restricted to one Operator; authentication system maintained to prevent unauthorized access.
- Physical measures — Server is located in a certified Korean IDC (data center) with physical access controls.

Article 12 (Policy Changes)
